Piping Fabrication & Spool Works
We perform fabrication of carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel piping spools in accordance with approved drawings and applicable codes. Fabrication activities include cutting, welding, fit-up, and dimensional inspection to ensure accuracy and quality.
Pipeline Installation & Site Works
Our services include installation of aboveground and underground pipelines for process, utility, and service lines. Works are coordinated with civil, structural, and mechanical activities to ensure proper routing, support, and system integration.
Welding, NDT & Pressure Testing
Petromen carries out welding activities using qualified procedures and certified welders, supported by non-destructive testing and pressure testing. These processes verify joint integrity, system strength, and compliance prior to commissioning.
Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Support
We provide flushing, cleaning, hydrotesting, reinstatement, and commissioning support to ensure piping systems are safe, operational, and ready for service. All activities are documented in line with project quality requirements.
